About Donna Palm

Donna Palm has mastered the art of dreaming big and living life to the fullest. Her journey from homelessness and living in her car, to owning two successful RE/MAX offices, becoming an inspirational author and speaker, and succeeding in many other entrepreneurial ventures (including owning a hair salon and becoming one of the first female industrial electricians in her local union) is an inspiring story of perseverance and triumph over challenges. 

Donna has never been one to sit still for too long, which has helped her become the master of redesigning her life. She believes you only live once, "So you have to cram it all in while you can!” It was with that mentality that she moved across the country from Chicago, Illinois to Sarasota, Florida - as a divorced mother with two very young children, no job, and no contacts - in order to follow her dream of raising her family in paradise. Within three years she was the proud owner of two successful RE/MAX franchises, negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts, and maintaining international connections around the globe. 

People constantly asked her, "How did you do it? How are you constantly redesigning your life?" So she finally wrote it down. She successfully published her first book “Dream Bigger, Live Better” in  2013 and released the second edition in 2016 when it became an International Number 1 Best Seller. The surplus of positive and inspirational responses she received from her book encouraged her to pursue motivational coaching and speaking. She now teaches diverse groups - from corporate professionals to young children - how to "Dream Bigger and Live Better" using a method she calls “Blueprinting”, in tribute to her many years as a union electrician. According to Donna, designing your life is no different than designing a building; it's all in the planning.

Always known for having a rebel soul, Donna continues to break barriers by doing things in ways that have never been done before. “Someone has to be first; why not you?”
